The PCMS Grant Process

Foundation grants are awarded once annually. Recipients are chosen by the Foundation Board of Directors with grants ranging from $500 - $3,500.  Applications and support materials are reviewed and those applicants providing the most direct services to Pierce County's most vulnerable citizens are selected for funding.

The grant application deadline is December 4, 2017. Applicants must submit an application and include proof of 501(c)(3) status, a copy of their budget, a list of funding sources, and a copy of their annual report/or equivalent information.  Grant monies will be distributed by the end of the year.

The preferred method of grant application submission is sending documents via e-mail to Bruce Ehrle at bruce@pcmswa.org

  1. Additional pages as necessary to complete application
  2. Proof of 501 (C)(3)
  3. Copy of Annual Report
  4. Copy of Budget
  5. List of Funding Sources
  6. Any other information you deem appropriate/helpful

Files must be less than 100 MB.
