TRANSPORTATION
Flights to Hawaii at spring vacation time often sell out in advance. In order to assure that we will have seats available for our CME group, we have taken steps to help identify and secure seats for our participants and their families.

All Wanderlands Travel is handling the flight arrangements. Specifically, JEANETTE is prepared to assist you in securing your seats. She has complete research on the options of flights to Hawaii for this time and is prepared to custom-meet your travel needs.

In addition to other flight arrangements, the College has block-booked seats on Northwest Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines. This package is at an attractive group rate, and must be reserved well before our conference. Jeanette can assist you with all airline flights to Hawaii , including our block, at the best fare and time for you. SO DO'T DELAY, RESEVE YOUR SEATS NOW!

Your airline reservation must be made by January 20, 2006, because after that date the seats reserved by the College will be released.

Please call Jeanette at All Wanderlands Travel at 253-572-6271. Hours are 8:40am—5:30pm Tuesday—Friday.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The beautiful Hapuna Beach Resort on the Island of Hawaii is certainly one of the classiest resorts in the world situated on the best beach in all of Hawaii .

Rated the “number one beach in America ” by Conde Nast Traveler, Hapuna Beach is a long stretch of pristine white sand and most guest rooms have a view of it. There is a little cove nearby where the waters are sheltered and clear. It is the perfect place for swimmers and snorkelers to explore at their leisure. Other water sports include scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and whale watching.

The golf is great too. In 1997, the U.S. Golf Association named Hapuna “The Course of the Future.” This Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay-designed 18-hole championship course is nestled into the dramatic natural contours of the land from the shoreline to about 700 feet above sea level. It is a links-style course featuring spectacular views of the Kohala Coast and the Pacific, with snow-capped Mauna Kea volcano as a backdrop.

We negotiated an exceptional rate for our room categories—royal garden, partial ocean, and deluxe ocean. Our rates are nearly 50 percent off the rates offered by the resort through your local travel agent. Connecting rooms for children 17 years and younger are available at a reduced rate.

To take advantage of these savings, you must make your reservations soon, as our conference dates are in Hawaii 's high “spring vacation” season. THE COLLEGE'S RESERVED BLOCK OF ROOMS WILL BE RELEASED AFTER January 27, 2006.
Reservations can be made by calling JEANETTE at All Wanderlands Travel or you may call the Hapuna Beach Resort directly at 800-882-6060.

REFUNDS
The College of Medical Education has dedicated considerable resources toward the preparation of a quality CME program in Hawaii . In anticipation of registrant's participation in the program, the College will make major commitments toward the successful implementation of the conference. We will be glad to provide a refund, less $50 handling fee, if written request is received on or before March 15, 2006.
