The Board of Directors is responsible for the organizational and financial well-being of the College. Twelve members of the board are appointed by the Pierce County Medical Society Board of Trustees; one member from each hospital system and three at-large members are appointed by the College Board of Directors. The Executive Director of the Pierce County Medical Society serves as Secretary and provides administrative oversight. John H.
